Meet Ms. Mary Frances Joyce Ylanan, a proud 2017 graduate of St. Alexius College with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management.

Today, she is thriving in the aviation industry as Customer Service Agent II (CSA-II) at Philippine Airlines, one of the country’s most prestigious carriers.

Her heartfelt advice to the young Alexians, “Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Your discipline and attitude matter as much as your knowledge.”
