Last October 1, 2016, the SACNSA (St. Alexius College Nursing Students Association) attended the 1st Regional Philippine Nursing Students Association Summit 2016 at General Santos Medical School Foundation Inc. This years summit was hosted by General Santos Medical School Foundation inc headed by the Regional ADPCN President Madame Grace Joy G. Nietes, RN MAN, the college dean. The summit was attended by different schools of nursing within the region. It was also graced by the presence of the region 12 PNA governor Mr. Ser rosenkranz Espartero, RN MAN. The said summit includes activities such as the PNSA Quiz bowl, fellowship games, search for mr. And ms PNSA region 12 and election of the First PNSA 12 Officers for 2016-2017. SACNSA officers with the moderator Mr. Aries M. Baldonado, RN MAN participated the activities. Two SAC students were elected officers of the PNSA region 12. Ms. Rochiel A. Sykes (BSN 3) was elected as the first President of the PnSA region 12 and Mr. Leo Miguel Bermejo (BSN 2) as the regional Treasurer.
